Nick Okada was a Japanese American man, who served as an agent for the U.S. government, seeking Japanese spies.

On The Terror: Infamy, Nick Okada was portrayed by Kai Bradbury.

History[]

After Chester Nakayama, Yamato-san and Hideo Furuya were sent to a prison and labor camp in North Dakota, they noticed a series of odd disappearances that they believed were connected to Okada. Okada's status as an ainoko ( 間の子 ), or person of mixed-race descent, furthers their suspicions.

They were assigned to work with him while out ice-fishing. Suspecting him of being a shapeshifting Bakemono, they began interrogating him, cracking the ice in a way that threatened to drown him. They demanded he tell them who he was, until finally he told them that he was no Bakemono, but rather that he had been assigned by the government to find Japanese spies. Unable to find any, he sold out the men that disappeared, lying and saying that they were spies. The group cracked the ice one more time and walked away, leaving him to his fate.
